SMS - STRUCTURE MONITORING SYSTEM

The SMS was developed to monitor and record the flaws progression in monuments and buildings.
It is composed by a data acquisition software and hardware and a number of omega sensors. These sensors are displacement transducers that are installed across each flaw.
The resolution is better than 0,1 mm and their visual impact is minimal.
Other transducers can also be incorporated, such as humidity and temperature.
The rate of data sampling is user defined, as well as the recording rate.
The system also allows remote data retrieving.
The number of sensors has virtually no limit.
